By using Hajana One's web hosting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description

Hajana One provides web hosting services, including server space, bandwidth, and related features, as described on our website.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Payments and Billing

Payment for web hosting services is due on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any damages or losses due to service interruptions.

6. Content and Usage

You are solely responsible for the content hosted on our servers. Usage of our services for illegal or unethical activities is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion, with or without cause. You may cancel your account at any time.

7. Backup Of Service

Backup Option is provided on cPanel account, Customers backup their data at any time they required Its customers responsbilty to take backup ragulerly. We did not provide any backup of Web Hosting Data.

9. Paid Daily BAckup Service

If you want to protect your data from loss then you have to take daily backup service which is not free but you have to pay additional monthly charges. We provide up to 5 days of backup to Paid Backup users whenever data is lost for any reason.

10. Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee uptime up to CPanel to web hosting users. We are not responsible if the website is not opening due to a problem with your website.

11. Over Load on Server

If your website is placing an excessive load on our server, our system may block your website, in which case your website may be down temporarily or permanently. And it will be your responsibility.

12. Delay in Renew of Service

In case of not renewing the service on time, your website will be automatically deleted and the responsibility of data loss will be on the customer.




Terms and Conditions for Whatsapp Services


1. Number Blockage

The users of Unofficial WhatsApp marketing service will be responsible themselves in case of WhatsApp number blocking, the company does not take responsibility for number blocking.

2. Non Delevered Whatsapp Message or Unsuccessful Campaigns.

Users of the Unofficial WhatsApp service, please note that Facebook reserves the right to block your WhatsApp messages at any time. Sometimes temporary and sometimes permanent outages may be encountered, in which case your campaign may not be successful at times.

3. Facebook Charges for Cloude WhatsApp API (Official).

Official WhatsApp API users will have to pay charges for each message sent as per Facebook's price plan, we will not be involved with these charges. We only charge for the service we provide.

4. Facebook Cloude WhatsApp API (Official) Terms.

Users of Official Cloud WhatsApp API are fully owned by Facebook so you have to follow all policies of Facebook. We will not be responsible in case of any ban by Facebook.
