• When you buy our services, before buying services, you need to read & understand the packages features. and test our service well. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will check and try to convert your package(service) higher with one. We develop and sell software that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. Cash Refunds are compulsory, we check how much customer used the services, in case in the bulk sms/voice calls, we calculate the count and we add our service amount and then we plan refund, it will take 21 working days.

  • If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 7 working days.

  • Refund will be considered only valid reason. However, the refund request will not be entertained if the reason is not valid.

  • No Refunds for Special Offers that are made only for you .

  • Hajana-One reserves the right to modify any provisions of the cancellation or refund policy without any notice.

  • We provide an extensive portfolio for you to view before hiring us for your project so you can see the quality level of our work and be completely comfortable working with us. If you have any questions or reservations, please contact us prior to making a payment for our services. Thank you!

  • Payments for custom design projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Hajana-One and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

  • When adding new text and/or content to a page the client is responsible for providing all text (in digital format) and images/photos. Unused hours do not roll over to subsequent months. No refunds are provided for unused hours. There are absolutely no refunds for any fees related to website maintenance services.

  • Customer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that Hajana-One has no control over the policies of search engines or directories with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. Customer’s web site may be excluded from any search engine or directory at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory entity. Some search engines and directories may take as long as two (2) to four (4) months, and in some cases longer, after commencement of plan to list and/or update Customer’s website. Occasionally, search engines and directories will drop listings for no apparent or predictable reason.

  • Hajana-One believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 Days of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

  • Cancellations will be considered only valid reason. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the reason is not valid.

  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Hajana-One marketing team has obtained on special occasions like EID, 14-Augest, RAMZAN, FRIDY, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
